The accommodation comprises one bedroom with a king size bed, lounge with sofa bed for 2 adults, large luxury shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is there, including full electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Ironing facilities are also included. The lounge offers 20” LCD TV with Sky and VHS/DVD system. Immediately outside the lounge is a covered, south facing, terrace leading directly to the 10m x 5m swimming pool. |

The bedroom leads directly to the west terrace with covered pergola. Under the pergola is a dining table and 6 chairs. A very private area for those lazy al fresco evenings. Also on the terrace is the 4 person hot tub - a great way of relaxing, particularly late in the evening with a glass of cava! |

At Bella Vista we also have a beauty salon (Cloud Nine) dedicated to the needs of our guests. Liz is a qualified beautician and is able to offer pedicures, manicures, aromatherapy massage, Swedish massage, Indian head massage and Hopi ear candle treatments. How about a full pamper break, fully inclusive of treatments ? What better way to relax and wind down from the stresses of everyday life !! For the more energetic, the Villa also has its own fully equipped private gym with rower, cross trainer, treadmill, stepper and cycle together with free weights, and stretching mats. Nick is a trained gym instructor and will be on-hand to help and advise on the proper way to use the equipment. |

The area surrounding Bella Vista is a haven for cycling and walking, from relaxing strolls to seasoned hikes. We can arrange for a walk leader to take you into the hills and explore the fabulous scenery of the Costa Blanca. Mountain bikes are available for those who wish to explore the valleys and hills by alternative means! Being only 30 minutes from the Mediterranean, there is a host of water sports available. An opportunity to have some fun and learn to sail a Hobi catamaran or perhaps even kayaking under a full moon! For the scuba divers, Nick, an experienced diver, will be happy to buddy with you on dives around the famous Penyon D’Ifach at Calpe. No wrecks but usually conger, moray barracuda and octopus. |

In summary! We can offer a break for up to 4 people. You can be pampered, just relax or enjoy an activity break. Or perhaps, a mix of all three! Whatever your choice, we will look after you -guaranteed! For short breaks we can arrange to collect you from either Alicante or Valencia airport (both just 75 minutes away), but for longer breaks a car is a must. Our rates are from 60€ per night for a two person occupancy. There are so many places to see and things to do throughout the year that we cannot list them all in this brochure!
